Submitting an application, joining the waitlist, or engaging with the platform does not guarantee sponsorship, funding, or placement. Pektus acts solely as a facilitator of introductions and opportunities and does not act as an employer, agent, broker, or financial intermediary.

By using the platform during this pilot phase, users acknowledge that they are participating in an evolving service and helping shape its future.

Pektus does not guarantee sponsorship outcomes, financial support, or partnerships. Any agreements or collaborations entered into by users are made independently between the parties involved.

Users agree to provide accurate information, engage respectfully, and use the platform ethically. Pektus reserves the right to suspend or remove access where misuse, misrepresentation, or unethical behaviour is identified.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis during its pilot phase. To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Pektus shall not be liable for losses, disputes, or outcomes arising from third-party agreements facilitated through the platform.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves.
